Notes: Born at Baltimore, May 10, 1804. Educated at St. Mary’s College; M.D., University of Maryland, 1825; settled, and practiced medicine for about twenty years, at West River, Md.; then retired and lived as a country gentleman until October 16, 1885, when he died of pneumonia, leaving a widow and eight children.
