Educated at Charlotte Hall (?), M.D., University of Pennsylvania, 1811; Captain, Sterrett’s Brigade, Maryland Militia, War of 1812; practiced in St. Mary’s County for twenty years, removing to Baltimore about 1836; Judge of the Orphans’ Court, Baltimore; Naval Officer of Baltimore, under President Pierce. Died at Baltimore, September, 1855.
