  Notes: Sudden Death — An aged and respectable man named Daniel Logan,
  whilst smoking his pipe yesterday, fell from his chair and expired in a few
  moments. Coroner Hooper was sent for and with the assistance of Dr. C. P.
  Stevenson, made an examination of the causes of death. The verdict was to the
  effect that he died of "hernia."
