Specialized on diseases of the nervous system. In 1908 founded North End Dispensary in Providence; in ’23 retired to Bryantville but continued to practice. In 1903 wrote the R.I. state hymn that was sung at the Pan Amer. Exposition in Buffalo. Daugher writes: died 2/8/36
