Notes: As permitted by the Trustees I have given a course of lectures at the hospital [Hospital for the Relief of Crippled and Deformed Children] and made clinical demonstrations to 158 students of the senior classes of the Baltimore Medical Colege and the Woman’s Medical College, which marks the first time this important branch of surgery has been taught in detail and as a specialty here in Baltimore.
