    Notes: DR. CALEB ATHEY
    Dr. Caleb N. Athey, who at one time was a member of the City Health Department and a surgeon of the Baltimore Fire Department, died yesterday at his home, 5717 Roland avenue, after an illness of several years. He was 67 years old.

    Born in Leesburg, Va., in 1868, Dr. Athey came to Baltimore nearly half a century ago and was graduated from the University of Maryland Medical School in 1894. He had practiced at 100 South Patterson Park avenue until about two and a half years ago, when he became ill.

    Surviving Dr. Athey are his wife, Mrs. Helen Wilmer Athey; a daughter, Miss Isabella Athey; two brothers, Dr. Henry Athey and Thomas W. Athey, and a sister, Miss Emma Athey, all of Baltimore. Private funeral services will be held tomorrow at the home. Burial will be in Leesburg on Wednesday.
