  Notes: Born at Port Tobacco, Charles County, Md., April 25, 1803; son of John B. Wills. Educated at Mount St. Mary’s College, Emmitsburg, Md.; pupil of Drs. Johnson and Plater; later, of Dr. Thomas H. Wright, of Baltimore; M.D., University of Maryland, 1828; at Baltimore Almshouse one year; then settled in practice at Port Deposit, where he continued to practice until his retirement; married first, Catherine Fowke, second, Olivia Hughes. Died June 22, 1872. See lists of 1848, 1853 and 1873.
