A., 1861; later, Surgeon to a Louisiana Regiment; Demonstrator of Anatomy, Washington University, Baltimore, 1867; Professor of Anatomy, 1867-74; Professor of Operative and Clinical Surgery, 1874-77; Physician to French Society of Baltimore. Died at Baltimore, June 11, 1896.
